Floral dresses are perfect for a garden party, a luncheon, a polo event or other type of horsey affair. The problem is that it's so hard to find a floral dress that comes in a children's size. When we discovered this delightful fabric we knew that it would be perfect. Made from 100% cotton, the floral pattern was fun without being overwhelming. We added an organza ruffle to the neckline and crinoline to the skirt for a little flair.
