| We want every girl's special occasion dress to look wonderful. Our dresses and other special occasion products come in standard sizes but little girls do not. If the item does not fit as expected, an exchange can be requested. Please return the item within 10 calendar days of receipt to ensure the proper exchange. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition. Include the original receipt and reason for return. You will be charged shipping costs to deliver the new exchanged item. |

| Exchanges are subject to availability. Custom orders and returns more than 20 days after being shipped will not be accepted. In the event that you receive a product that is unsatisfactory, you may request a refund. Your refund, less the cost of shipping will be credited to the original form of payment. |
