The art and beauty of haute couture clothing inspired us to take a classic girls navy dress to a new level.  We added a medley of small and large pearls to the peter pan collar and the sash.   Dark blue and white pearls are hand sewn to add a touch of understated elegance to this charming special occasion dress.  The sash ties in the back to ensure a perfect fit.
