ORDERING
There are several ways to order our girls special occasion dresses and other special occasion products. If you aren't able to attend one of our trunk shows, you can look at our selection of girls special occasion dresses online and order using our secure website. We understand that you may have questions about the product and encourage you to call 1.877.55.DRESS (1.877.553.7377) Monday through Friday during Eastern Standard Time business hours 9am - 5pm. PAYMENT
We accept several forms of payment. If you are attending a trunk show, payment can be made in cash, by check or through a credit card. Checks should be made payable to A Little Indulgence. Returned checks will be subject to a $50 service charge. When ordering through the website, payment can be made using most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
SHIPPING
In stock items usually ship 2-3 days after the order is received. An email is sent to let you know that your package has been shipped. Shipments via United States Postal 2nd Day Service arrive within 2-3 days. Overnight shipments via Federal Express arrive by 10:30am the next business day. Special shipping instructions and requests for Saturday delivery should be made by contacting A Little Indulgence via email at sales@alittleindulgence.us or by calling 1.877.55.DRESS.
SALES TAX
A Little Indulgence is located in New York State and charges sales tax for all orders being shipped to a NY state address. Orders outside of New York State are not subject to sales tax.
ALTERATIONS
Our products come in standard sizes but children do not. Your special occasion dress might need alterations to fit perfectly. You'll want to use an experienced seamstress in your area. Look for one who specializes in bridal care. Bring the child along with you so the seamstress can see how the dress fits and recommend how it should be altered. Children grow quickly so alterations should be made 2-3 weeks before an event.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
You'll want to follow the care instructions in each girls special occasion dress. Many of our dresses are made from silk and should be dry cleaned by a professional. If the item needs to be ironed, use a silk setting and iron the garment on the reverse side of the fabric.
PRIVACY
We understand that the information that you share with us is private and confidential. The information that we collect is never shared with other marketing companies and we do not sell names to third party firms.
SECURITY
A Little Indulgence uses a secure shopping site. We encrypt the credit card information and request authentication tools to protect your personal information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information that is transmitted to and from our website.
